HOW DOES A PICNIC LAST?

The initial package includes two hours, but you can add many more as ADD ONS, don’t be shy, ask us for a longer event!

ARE THERE SPECIFIC LOCATIONS FOR THE PICNIC?

Our picnics can be set up anywhere around Miami if it’s a private location (e.g. your house or backyard) and if you want an outdoor location we work at different parks and beaches in the area.

But we do have Spotlight locations with amazing views and great access already stablished to refer you in case you have doubts.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

We recommend a 1-week notice, however it always depends on availability, so let’s talk, plan ahead and let us save the date to secure the event for you.

CAN I CHOOSE THE STYLE OF MY PICNIC?

YEAAAH!! We want to tailor your event as much as we can, please choose the picnic style that most identifies with your event theme (Old Havana, Copacabana Vibes, Wild Tulum, Par-tea in Versailles or Moroccan Sunset)

Do you have something in mind? Let us know, we’ll be delighted to make your vision a reality (consultation fee $50)

CAN I RENT TABLES ONLY, OR REMOVE SOME DECOR ITEMS?

We are currently just offering our full-service picnic setup. This also means that if you wish to remove certain items, the price will stay the same.  On the other hand, if you are looking to decorate a venue or space for an special event, please let us know and our Event planner will contact you to offer a twist of our regular services.

ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need, we can offer you a reschedule, please refer to the reschedule paragraph.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund bookings we always advice to check the weather prior to book the date. If you have already booked and later discover it is going to rain, we are more than happy to offer a complimentary reschedule in a time frame of 3 months.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY PICNIC?

Depending on the circumstances a complimentary date reschedule is possible, but, if you need a second reschedule and it is not due to weather conditions, there will be a fee of the 25% of the total of the initial cost of your picnic.

THE PRICE INCLUDE FOOD?

Our basic picnic doesn’t include food, but we have partnered with several restaurants and finger-food chefs to offer you a complete picnic experience. You can choose among: Our foodie partners, food pick up or private chef options.

 CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND ALCOHOL?

You are more than welcome to bring your own food, as well as to choose one of our proposals. 

Regarding alcohol, Miami county does not allow alcohol consumption in parks or beaches, if your picnic is at your house, will be totally fine.

Under no circumstances will be held responsible or liable in any way for trespasses, misbehaviors, claims, damages, losses of public or private property derive directly or indirectly from the use and enjoyment of the event setup.
