1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Picnic on the Coast website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

   • modify or copy the materials;

   • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

   • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Picnic on the Coast website;

   • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

   • transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Picnic on the Coast at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Miami, FL and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Our furniture is very delicate. It requires special handling from our team. If you want to move your setup, please notify one of our staff members. Moving our furniture without permission can result in a $50 fee.

Candles are for decoration only, please don’t light them up. Lighting up the candles can damage our table runners and tables. Damage can result in a $100 fee.

Charger plates are for decoration only, all of our guest with have a disposable plate for use. Damage can result in a $25 fee per charger.

If there’s bad weather on the forecast we will contact you one night before the picnic and offer you to reschedule, or we will offer a home delivery. Delivery fees might apply depending on the distance.
